Welcome, and thanks for visiting our web site to read about the latest product and service enhancements we have implemented in 2012 and the improved customer service Weaver and Company has planned for 2013.

European Logistics Center

To offer a faster and cheaper service to our European distributors, we set up a new logistics center in the Netherlands. From September 2012, we have been able to deliver orders to distributor facilities in days, instead of the weeks it often takes to ocean ship orders from our manufacturing facility here in Denver, Colorado.

We have entered into an agreement with Expeditors to provide storage, shipping and handling of our US manufactured products out of one of their warehouses in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

For these orders, we are also invoicing in Euros for the first time, with payments to be made to a European bank. We have partnered with ING Bank in the Netherlands, and Deutsche Bank in Germany to process euro payments from our European distributors.

Distributors will continue to order from us here in Denver and once order and payment terms have been confirmed, the order will be en route the following day, with delivery within one to three days depending on the location of the distributor.

For European end users this means your local distributor should be able to source our products much more quickly and efficiently and reduce the risk of potential stock outs due to unforeseen spikes in demand.

Same Day shipping enhanced

Thanks to further manufacturing and shipping process improvements we have made back in Denver, we are now able to extend the guaranteed Same Day shipping service at no additional charge. We are now able to ship all orders placed with us by phone, fax or email by 1 pm Mountain Time (previously only available up to 12 noon Mountain Time) and we will ensure it ships the same day. Again there are no additional charges for this service.

Updated website – improved forms and email order placement

We have again improved the look and feel of our web site and particularly the instructions and forms we provide to register to become a new customer, and place an order. The forms can be filled in right on your computer and emailed directly to the relevant department here at Weaver and Company for immediate processing. No more printing, handwriting and faxing - it can now all be done directly from your workstation.
